Fit and Fed is a city-wide holiday activity and food programme held in the main school holidays to primarily support families with children who receive benefit related free school meals. It is organised by Plymouth City Council and funded from the Department for Education.

The Tree Project CIC have worked in partnership with Exim Dance Company and the Keyham Schools and Community Team to offer yoga and mindfulness workshops to young people across the city.
