Group Classes and 1:1 Yoga

I am a highly skilled, experienced and confident group facilitator for professionals, children, young people and adults. I greatly enjoy the challenge and opportunities of working with people from a range of backgrounds in a variety of settings. I am able to deliver appropriate learning and engagement opportunities in a huge range of settings from the most informal community drop-ins through to formal education settings.

Adult Open Class

  • Thursdays, 1.30-3.30pm, Keyham Green Places
  • £9.50/session or discounted for book whole half term, term time only, small friendly group, community concession available – please ask.

Hamoaze House (currently on hold)

  • Fridays, 1.00-2.00pm, Yoga Room at Hamoaze House
  • Free class for those attending Hamoaze House or any complex needs alliance services in Plymouth

Yoga Warriors: children’s yoga

  • Mondays, 4:30-5:30pm, at Oxford House Creative House,  29 Manor St, Stonehouse, Plymouth PL1 1TW

  • A fun, family friendly class for 7+ year olds.
  • Children’s Yoga classes are fun, creative, and non-competitive sessions offering the opportunity to learn postures, breathing techniques, relaxation, and mindfulness practices.
  • Parents and carers are very welcome at these sessions, but it is not essential. 
  • We learn through play, so sessions use themes, games, songs and fun activities to explore yoga.
  • The 60 minute session includes settling in; breath awareness; warming up the body; practicing postures; mindfulness practice, relaxation and lots of fun.
  • I am committed to working with children, young people and families where there are additional needs and have specific interest, and experience in working with children who are neurodivergent.

BUD Club family yoga session

  • Within bi-weekly BUD club session run by Give A Child A Chance at Hamoaze House.
  • BUD club is a social group for children, young people and their families where one or more of the children are working with CAMHS or CDC, particularly suitable for children and young people with ADHD and/or Autism
  • Every other Thursday from 6pm – 8pm at Hamoaze House.

1:1 and family sessions

  • Limited spaces for new students.
  • Best booked over a block of 5 sessions to benefit, contact Haidee to book 
  • One to one sessions:
    • £27 per hour, face to face in your home
    • £27 per hour, online
